DISH WISH began as an online kitchen and now keeps a single room in Mirdif. The proportions are deliberate — burgundy across the front, cognac leather along the wall, breccia marble under every cup. There is no rush built into the floor plan.

Coffee is treated as three separate crafts rather than one menu: the espresso bar, the hand-brew station, and the bakery counter that opens each morning. Regulars come for the quiet as much as the cup.

Choose the origin

The shelf rotates. Washed Ethiopians for florals and citrus, naturals and Latin American lots when you want body and cocoa.

Ground to order

Never in advance. The dose is weighed for your cup and nothing else, minutes before the water goes on.

Bloom and build

A thirty-second bloom, then slow concentric pours. Temperature held steady on the kettle throughout.

Served, then tasted

It arrives slightly below drinking heat on purpose. The best notes open up in the second and third sip.
